There are many posts on various public forums including InvestorsHub (iHub) by Mr. Michael (Mike) Iorlano of San Marcos, California attacking and discrediting Mr. Jerry G. Mikolajczyk, our President, CEO, CFO and Director.

The Company confirms that Mr. Iorlano and Mr. Mikolajczyk have unresolved personal financial disputes and disagreements whereby Mr. Iorlano is attacking the Company which includes its shareholders, as a venue to air certain grievances against Mr. Mikolajczyk..

We urge our investors and potential investors to discount the statements of Mr. Iorlano as a personal vendetta against Mr. Mikolajczyk. His statements on iHub, between posts 10899 and 10988 claim that the Company's recent 10-Q is deceptive. Mr. Iorlano is not a professional accountant and is not qualified as an accountant to criticize or pass judgment on the financial statements of the company. The Company confirms that the reports filed by the Company with the SEC and the information posted by the Company are true and complete.

We believe, based on communications between Mr. Iorlano to Mr. Mikolajczyk and other officers and directors of the Company, that Mr. Iorlano is distraught over the transactions between GPWI and Comtax involving the acquisition of the shares from the shareholders of the Company at the time of change of control of the Company, disclosed in form SC-14F1 filed with the SEC on February 8, 2010., Additionally, there were subsequent transactions between GPWI and Comtax whereby Comtax filed Statements of Claim against GPWI for unpaid invoices for services rendered by Comtax in December 2010. Mr. Iorlano appears distraught over the acquisition of the control block of stock of the Company by Mr. Mikolajczyk from Mr. Matousek, the appointment of Mr. Mikolajczyk to Board of Directors of the Company and the appointment of Mr. Mikolajczyk as President of the Company.

I have been made aware that Mr. Michael Iorlano has used social media to make accusations against the CEO of Xun Energy. A reporting company just emerging from early stage development is subject to considerable chatter, positive or negative; some of the chatter probably is a good faith effort to elicit stock holder dialogue and some of it ill informed, or even malicious.

Normally, as a member of a reporting company board, I would keep my counsel on all matters, material or otherwise, concerning the company; the board’s mission is to introduce new associations and opportunities that fit with a company’s staged growth, validate publicly released information and assist in weaving that mosaic which becomes a successful long term venture. And everyone involved in a company has a history.

Formally briefed on the Xun Energy CEO’s past history with Mr. Iorlano, I took this history to be irrelevant to Xun Energy’s current and future activities and objectives. Granted that someone with a grudge can “stir the pot” using a social media venue, and even assail an individual with impunity as Mr. Iorlano has done repeatedly. But a board of directors with a mission to monitor and bolster a company’s capabilities will not, and should not, pay attention to this sort of noise.

In a recent posting, Mr. Iorlano claimed that the Board of Directors of Xun Energy was in dissent of the CEO’s leadership. This is utterly untrue, and seems part of an obsessive mission to cast doubt when and where he envisions an audience. Mr. Iorlano cannot affect the trajectory of Xun Energy, nor as an individual be anymore than a temporary annoyance. Those who follow Xun Energy’s development should feel the same.
