There are many posts on InvestorsHub (iHub) by Mr. Bill Schaefer of Lakewood, California attacking and discrediting Mr. Jerry G. Mikolajczyk, our President, CEO, CFO and Director and the Company.

The Company confirms that Mr. Schaefer and Mr. Mikolajczyk may have unresolved personal financial disputes whereby Mr. Schaefer is attacking the Company which includes its shareholders, as a venue to air certain grievances against Mr. Mikolajczyk. We urge our investors and potential investors to discount the statements of Mr. Schaefer as it is a personal vendetta against Mr. Mikolajczyk, and nothing more.

As recent as January 17, 2013, Mr. Schaefer makes two inaccurate statements in an iHUB post #10986 on the XNRG board: "West Crockett as you probably know already, Mr. Mikolajczyk breached our contract on February 20, 2012, since he was not in position to pay for the independent engineer/geologist evaluations, financial guarantee insurance, etc." Mr. Schaefer went on to further state in the same post: "Jerry still owes the geologist Denise M. Cox, Senior Technical Advisor money from this deal".

This first statement is an inaccurate statement made by Mr. Schaefer as the Company did not breach the Purchase Agreement between the Company and the Sellers of the West Crockett properties on February 20, 2012 or thereafter as alleged by Mr. Schaefer.

The second statement in the post by Mr. Schaefer is inaccurate as follows:

1. Mr. Mikolajczyk is an officer of the Company and as such did not have a liability to Denise M. Cox;
2. The Company did have a liability to Denise M. Cox until May 31, 2012 at which time the liability was extinguished upon the Purchase Agreement between the Company and the Sellers terminating on May 31, 2012. The liability was automatically transferred to the Sellers which they confirmed that they discharged the liability to Denise M. Cox when the Sellers closed on a purchase agreement with a 3rd party; and
3. Denise M. Cox confirmed by email on January 17, 2013 to Mr. Mikolajczyk that confirmed that all geoscience invoices with respect to the West Crockett project have been paid.

On January 15, 2013 Mr. Schaefer stated in an iHUB post #10902 on the XNRG board: " Ive know Jerry for about 11 years ive never seen him take care of anybody but him self, Jerry you going to pay me back on that $140k loan its only been 5 1/2 years."

Mr. Mikolajczyk denies that he owes money to Mr. Schaefer. Mr. Mikolajczyk provided the Company with evidence that Mr. Schaefer, through his relative, Marjorie Terflinger, wired $140,000 to Rich Mining, Inc. (RMI) on July 24, 2007 as a loan to assist MineCore International, Inc. (MCIO) with financing activities. Mr. Mikolajczyk confirms that he was a principal and officer with both RMI and MCIO at that time. Mr. Mikolajczyk also provided evidence that Mr. Schaefer was paid back $20,000 of the $140,000 by Platinum Works, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of MCIO, leaving a balance owing of $120,000 by RMI.

History - Schaefer and Mikolajczyk

Mr. Mikolajczyk and Mr. Schaefer have known each other since 2003.

Mr. Schaefer has had many business transactions with Companies that Mr. Mikolajczyk was an officer or director of.

Mr. Mikolajczyk and Mr. Schaefer are named together in one civil matter as defendants.

As late as January 20, 2012, Mr. Schaefer and Mr. Mikolajczyk settled on a litigation case, Evergreen Investments, Inc. vs. Barragan et al, case No. VC058422, whereby Mr. Mikolajczyk paid Mr. Schaefer $3,000 for 2,244,421 common stock of the Company.

The settlement, relating to the case of Evergreen Investments, Inc. vs. Barragan et al, case No. VC058422, which Mr. Mikolajczyk acquired the litigation case on June 28, 2011 from Mr. Michael Iorlano and Evergreen Investments, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, controlled by Mr. Iorlano, (collectively, the ”Sellers”). The Sellers entered into an agreement with Mr. Mikolajczyk whereby the Sellers assigned all their rights, interests, privileges, potential damages, and portions of any award in the case of Evergreen Investments, Inc. vs. Barragan et al, case No. VC058422 to Mr. Mikolajczyk. The Sellers further agreed to coperate with Mr. Mikolajczyk to continue the litigation against Defendants Bill Schaefer and Edgar Barragan.
